New member with too many smokers (LOL). Smoked for many years with a MES 30, finally added a mailbox mod to use a Amazin tray and not feed the chips into the MES.
Finally decided I wanted a better electric smoker. Couldn't find a used one so broke down and bought a Smokin-It #3 that would do ribs without having to cut them in half. Shortly after that found a SmokinTex1400 to use when I snowbird in Mesa AZ and then shortly after that found a Cookshack M008 for smaller cooks.
I like to make Lonzino, bacon (warm smoke), smoked cheese, smoked meatloaf and smoked potatoes, smoked turkey breasts and jerky. And I also make my own beer to wash it all down.
