Im Chad and l live in Greer, SC. Ive been grilling for 15 years and recently got bit hard by the smoking bug. I bought a pit barrel cooker about a year ago and have used it at least 2-3 times a week since. In addition to my Napoleon gasser, i have recently purchased a Recteq RT700, weber kettle, and have my eye on a Lone star grillz cabinet. Glad to be here and learn all about Q!
