What's your thoughts on Head Country BBQ sauce?
Had some this weekend on pork and brisket.
I liked it. :clap2:
Anyone using it for competition BBQ?
I am using variations of Blues Hog, thinking about trying something new. :thumb:
My events are around the KC area, judges seam to like sweet.:shock:

It's a great sauce made by people that care. It does leave product looking and tasting great. One of the best mixes is BH reg and HC, equal parts. Steve.
