Today started my "vacation". I say the in quotes because I am laying 1800 sq ft of laminate and 550 linear feet of new baseboard in the house. Well the neighbors loved the ham I made for Thanksgiving so they asked to cater their Christmas. My first catering gig. So my catering/personal chef side biz begins. Today while prepping two rooms for laminate and putting laminate in one room I smoked a fresh, home cured ham. Smoked a turkey. And made pulled pork. Hope you enjoy the pron. Ham and Turkey got rave reviews. Pulled pork is amazing.
