Hello All:

My name is Chris, and I enjoy all sorts of cuisine - from gourmet cooking to all sorts of BBQ.

I occasionally prepare BBQ for large crowds, and have access to a large home-made reverse-flow trailer smoker to do so.

At home I use a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker, and am currently looking for something in between those two sizes.

I enjoy visiting BBQ places as I travel around, and get to Kansas City regularly for a fix.

I have never joined the site, but have found several answers to BBQ questions I've googled for years.
