CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING

For our next throwdown, let's do Chiles! It’s Hatch chile season and quite a few of us have some, but any chile will do!

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 9/1 through the entry submission deadline of 12 p.m. Central US Time on Tuesday 9/18/17.

Entry pictures must be submitted by 12 p.m. (NOON) Central US Time on Tuesday 9/18/17
