Official entry for the Meat and Potato Throwdown.

Its ben awhile since iv'e entered a throw down.
How can ya pass up meat and potatoes?:grin:

MEAT

This is what I found, Beef Ribs!

I took three of them, rubbed them down with EVOO and this!

Slow smoked them on my well seasoned 50 year old KAMADO.

As you can see, they came out MEATY!:becky:

POTATO

I cooked them on the weber kettle, added butter, splash of pepper, sour cream and green onions!

Dessert

The Mrs made Pumpkin Pie from scratch. Best pie Ive ever had!

We did some New York Strips with chili cheese armadillo potatoes (or whatever you want to call them)
