Had some leftover steak from last night. Decided to make steak quesadilla's on the Blackstone. First off will like to apologize for the crappy pictures and not good shots. The blackstone was a little hot so I had to work fast.
Cut the steak as thin as I could on my cheapo meat slicer, made some chimichurri sauce, cheese, onions, mushrooms and sour cream.Also some homemade Mexican seasoning that I got the recipe from Fwismoker.
It came out much better than it looks. Again sorry for the sloppy job.
The sour cream,cheese and chimchurri sauce went on before flipping over.
Got to go to bed now.Get up at 2:30am for work, then from have to go to a job interview at 4:30pm in Pittsburgh.I have a 2hour drive home in rush hour. Going to be a long day.
