I'll be in Decatur Alabama next week, with a colleague of mine.
Just a couple of days to meet a customer
Can you give me an advice for a good BBQ?
There are too many years that I don't visit USA and I need to taste real BBQ!

I was in Decatur last year. We gave Big Bob Gibson's a try, if I was there again I'd go back.

I drive way out of my way to go to Big Bob Gibson's. It's one of my favorites in the country. Chris Lilly is a master of the craft and these are only some of the trophies on display:

Order twice as much as you think you can eat. Eat as much as you can, then go back again for your next meal. The food is inexpensive, plentiful and fabulous. Make sure you try the Alabama White Sauce. It is unique to the region and was invented here. :thumb:

Also, if you have a bit of free time, go and visit the Space Center in Huntsville, Alabama. It's about 40 minutes away:
