I lurk around here a lot however I don't usually post to much as most of you all put my cooking to shame. Anyhow I thought I would share this one as it turned out pretty good.

I ground the pork and added basil, black pepper, garlic, salt, and onion. Made the patties and grilled them to 165. I used the press to keep them nice and flat.

Prepped the buns with Dijon mustard, provolone, dill pickles, black forest ham

Melted some butter and pressed fresh garlic into it then brushed the burgers with the garlic butter when assembling the sandwich.

Assembled everything and put it back on the grill with a weight on top. Grilled it on both sides for a few minutes each to melt everything together and crisp the buns

Flipping Sides

Finished

I Had to Google Cuban Burger and I drink with a Couple of Cubans sometimes.
Your burgers look great mate, Stop hiding and show us more .

Thanks Guys, I was pretty happy with the turnout. I may spice one up next time with some fresh jalapeno slices just to see how it turns out. I can't take total credit for the idea though as I did some looking and blended a few ideas. You all are an inspiration!
