^^^ Agree the Duroc ham we had for Easter was great, I still have yet to cook any of the Butts or Tri Tips. I'm thinking of doing one of the Tri Tips Sous Vide like Cowgirls recent post. When I received my Tri Tips I vac sealed each of them as the packaging looked a little suspect.

A couple of the Creekstone tri tips I've cooked were extremely tasty. Others, not so much. They've been inconsistent in quality but I only purchase them when they're on sale.
