Christmas dinner on our new SF reverse flow stick burner.
The main features, a spiral ham, turkey and a stuffed pork loin.
Butterfly the pork and stuff it with Cream Cheese, sausage stuffing, onions, spinach and cheddar cheese.
Into the smoker with his friends.
One of the sides was a red potato, par boiled and sliced. Each slice is stuffed with homemade bacon and on the smoker.
It is covered with a ton of butter, garlic rub then cheese. Here it is out of the smoker
It got a little crazy when it came to slicing, but here is the loin done.
and sliced.
The turkey and ham got missed for their close up, but you can see them behind the pork slices.
all and all it was a good cook with friends and family to share. Called a great Christmas
