Thanks. I actually have a Blackstone as well but I think the flavor cooking on these grates is much better. You get the fat dripping down on the coals giving extra flavor.

Thanks everyone. The sandwich was really good. It's been awhile since I had a cheesesteak that good. I think the fresh ribeye with the garlic salt was a huge help. The fries were just as good. A fork was needed but I am all for that.
