The Illinois Barbecue Society is hosting the 2016 International BBQ Sauce Championship in Illinois and it is open to any commercial BBQ sauce.
We have over 100 sauces submitted to date and anticipate about 150+ entries to judge. The judging will be Feb. 21st 9am to noon in Des Plaines, IL.
