So there I am minding my own business, taking my usual stroll down the meat aisle at Costco, and wham - lookie what I find.

I've been going to this Costco for years and have never found a whole packer, let alone a PRIME packer. Usually they only carry flats and ask a ridiculous amount for them ($6.99 /lb). Typically buy my briskets from Restaurant Depot but never seen a prime packer there either. My day couldn't have started any better!
