....every single time from now on. I went to a different salt from kosher this time**, but I'm guessing she means Oakridge Carne Crosta. I didn't have the courage to tell her that guessing 18 months, things will change and decisions must be made. Before I run out, steaks will be exactly as she wishes.


**She never complains but will mention "needs more salt" at times

I've never seen Hain salt in groceries.
I like to use Alessi kosher sea salt.
Not sure there is much noticeable difference in salts except for crystal size.
But some do have different mineral compositions, such as Himalayan and Hawaiian salts.
