Thanks for the heads up, gives me a chance to try some rubs/sauces and see what I like before buying bulk quantities while avoiding shipping fees!
 
I ordered Big Papa's Double Secret Steak Rub. First time to try it. Plan to dry brine my steaks with kosher salt, then later add fresh black pepper and sprinkle some of this rub on both sides. I do this with Killer Hogs Steak Rub and love the outcome. I am just a rubaholic and have way too many in my cabinet. :-D
