did up a pork loin w/ italian seasoning,fajita spice,garlic,&onion over mesquite,pear,hickory & apple. took the loin to 145 & foiled,fatty to 150 & foiled/sliced thin w/ realtree(yeah the camo people) mini sausages,topped w/ swiss,cheddar,american,banana peppers,jalapenos,shrooms,olives,sauteed green&red peppers,onion,garlic,pickle on the side & topped w/ sara lee-baconnaise...lettuce & maters.
