I totally missed that, bummer. Anyway I only use there plastic cling wrap and wax paper. Like both much better than US name brands

I’ll make it again but will probably cut back the brown sugar by half next time and do a smidge more Cajun seasoning, I liked the overall concept and it seemed pretty close to what I was trying to recreate.
