The second picture was of the "trisket." It was not dry at all, but it is definitely a lean piece of meat compared to the brisket. This tri was a little low on marbling.

The final pic was as Enrico mentioned the flat from further in along with the point on the left. The flat pics above were from further out towards the edge.
