My name is Steve and I'm from Alabama. I have taken a 10 year sabbatical from "serious" bbq but have found myself back in the saddle.



I have cooked a comp or two in back in the day and was a CBJ with KCBS for a short time too.



My arsenal at the moment includes a Masterbuilt electric smoker and a newly acquired Pit Boss Pro Series 820 pellet grill/smoker.



I look forward to reading, sharing, and getting to know the members of this forum. I have forgotten more than I ever knew so be easy with this old timer.
