Hello all. First post (besides the inaugural post). I did some searching but didn't see anything for Shirley's in the St. Louis area except when the STL BBQ Store had them in stock.
I am on the waitlist currently, but was hoping to see one or two in person to try and get an idea of what size/options I'd be looking for.
I am leaning towards the trailer model but hoping to get something like a 24x42 elevated cabinet straight back, with a warmer (elevated w/ 4 grates), and a 1/2" firebox. However - am really just hoping to see it in person so I can get an idea of what I'm looking at.
I still have quite a bit of time to wait, but am trying to get a general idea of cost so I can be prepared is all.
