Has anyone compared the LSG to a Woodwind Pro with the wood box feature?
I wouldn't mind something with more flavor than my weber kettle with lump and wood chunks for fast cooks like chicken legs, steaks, burger/dogs, etc. The more I cook on the kettle the more it seemed like I got more flavor from my gas grill with pellet tube. Just don't like the rubber texture my dad's original model Trager when trying to cook below 300F put on chicken.
