My wife is out of town so went with a super quick dinner for myself of a boneless breast marinaded in Italian dressing and a zucchini with Oakridge chili lime rub.

Could I do this on the kettle easily — yes. But, especially when it’s cooking for one person just not worth the additional effort. Particularly for things like this that cook so quickly.

Looks great.

I'll never give up my gasser. It's just too convenient. And when I'm cooking quickly over high heat (as with most grilling), I can't tell much flavor difference vs. charcoal.

Exactly why I plan to get a gasser soon. The Weber kettle is pretty convenient with charcoal but working late makes a gasser even more convenient and still beats an oven. I haven't owned one in years. Your meal looks excellent.
