CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

How about a Combo Plate Throwdown? We haven't had one of those in about 10 years. At least two meats & at least one side. Doesn't have to be a BBQ combo, could be a Diner combo, Asian combo, use your imagination. But meats have to be grilled/smoked, plus the usual standard Throwdown rules apply.

You may submit entries that are cooked from 2/18 through 3/7.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on 3/7.
