Hello, I'm Armadillo and I am addicted to BBQ. It has been 12 hours since my last BBQ. I have been a backyard BBQ'er for about 7 years. Last summer, I built my own smoker and was able to compete in one KCBS BBQ. I look forward to more competitions in the future, but I actually just love any opportunity to BBQ. I am always on the watch for new BBQ ideas and hope to find some useful information on this site.
