This has become a Christmas Eve tradition for us...

Surf and Turf with grilled purple Brussels sprouts with Bacon and a twice-baked potato. And a glass of a nice Malbec.

Fresh Market in Geneva has them. Honestly, I couldn’t taste the difference :-D
