After many conversations about it, I have increased the number of competition sites to 50. They will remain where they were on the original site map. A 2 minute walk across level ground is reasonable given that the current sites have easy access to electrical, water and waste facilities.

Food, beer, arts & crafts, outdoor living/cooking, RV, camping, motorcycles, cars. I have a Harley Davidson dealership interested in a big spot, I also have a Chevy dealer interested.

This is version 3, reduced the number of vendors a bit and moved the contest sites closer to turn-in.

the updated draft looks great, also, since the vendors are closer to the entrance it will give more people a chance to stroll through there before they get to the competitors area.
