General Tso's is my fav as well. Those wings look great! I always do a cornstarch breading when I make Tso's to give that delicious sauce a better surface to cling on to.

Have you tried the sriracha wings yet?

^^^not yet. lazy mod! Right now I'm actually just burning out rubs and sauces I already have on wings, i.e. finishing off bottles of pepper/vinegar sauce, etc. My supply of stuff needs a little freshening up! I have a fair amount of sriracha, so it's very soon in the cue.
