    OK, working on my brisket and pork...brisket is A-ok, Pork came out great, texture, taste, great bark....but then I went to pull it and practice getting the pieces I would use for a box and I realized how clue-less I am... I couldn't tell ya where the "money muscle" wound up, the muscles pulled...
