In with a turkey...
Ringing in the New Year with....turkey. I'm using Meathead's "recipe" to do my turkey. This far, the gravy smells PHENOMENAL. Turkey just hit 80 degrees. No, this is NOT on the new mini. Full-size drum for this. -
