    Live Cook: Brisket Point

    Ok. So I'm going to do my first live cook from start to delicious finish (hopefully!) of this point. I'm doing my trimming the night before to save some time (sleep) in the morning. I'm starting with a 5.2# brisket point (the only brisket I cook...or can because my flats always SUCK) untrimmed.
