I told ya it was little.......:eek:
My butcher had points on sale Friday so i grabbed a couple at $.99/ lb
There's always some flat left on them so i cooked em up, put the points in the freezer for burnt ends at a later date and had the mini flat for dinner!



I've noticed the smoke ring from the drum is much deeper in everything i cook!
 
Looks awesome man!! I would agree about the smoke ring. Wish my butcher sold points on there own.
 
now I am hungry!!!!
can't wait to do a brisket on the drum after seeing that smoke ring.
 
Beautiful! I got 3 packers on Lola now for our yearly OSHA training tomorrow. Guess the employees will eat good this year.
