It all depends on what I have and what I am in the mood to eat...some times you cant beat cold pizza.....others some good bacon and eggs is the ticket ( had that this morning in fact)......sometimes its breakfast for dinner....Yummo!

I have used instant grits to make bacon/cheese grits.......I like Red Eye Gravy & Country Ham Flavor ...I mix them with hot water like the directions say...then add a slice of cheese and crumble a few slices of fried bacon in it and nuke it for a minute or so.....then when it comes out I add some more cheese, usually something else like parmesean or sharp white cheddar and eat with some good toast.

Steak and eggs, bacon and eggs with pancakes are a close second, bringing up third is cold pizza covered in ranch dressing.

I guess i need to try the ranch before knocking it.....

Chicken fried steak (w/ gravy), 2 eggs, fried potatoes, buiscuits. After that, there's no need for lunch.

That's very high on the list.......

Okay, for me.... it's a dead heat between steak and eggs, and bacon and eggs.

Bacon, eggs, biscuits n gravy and jalapeno cheese grits is a favorite here. I eat oatmeal during the week so the weekend is time for fixing a real breakfast or eating out of which breakfast is my favorite meal to eat out.

Although you can eat this anytime, my favorite morning meal is a Frittata.

This can have almost anything in it. I like mine mixed with Potato's, Onions, Peppers, and Sausage. I also add a little cream to the eggs as it really makes the fluff up.

Sorry Jacob, but the truly best breakfast is not listed as an option in your poll.

It is Fatties Ronello, biscuits cooked on the smoker, and RonL's gourmet fresh roasted coffee after a night of pit tending and 3 hours of sleep in sub-freezing temps in a lawn chair.

Although I don't normally eat breakfast, when I do I like Biscuits and white sausage gravy, sausage patties ( not link!! ) hash browns ( shredded not home style and piled high ) coffee and cold milk.

Bacon and eggs with biscuits and gravy can't go wrong with that

That was a breakfast to remember, wasn't it?

I didn't vote because none of my favorites are on the poll.

In no particular order...

Eggs Benedict (with my home made hollandaise)
Biscuits and gravy with two eggs over easy on top
Crispy Belgian waffle with a side of bacon (or two)
2 Eggs over easy, hash browns (scattered), bacon and grits at a Waffle House

and, of course, a couple of slices of fatty on a biscuit with pepper jelly.

Most of the time I eat oatmeal or granola and yogurt (Bear Naked Granola is great, Rick!)

A stack of Mom's homemade waffles. I voted for the b&e that is what I have when I have time. Anyone else have their eggs sunny side up?

i think you are held to 4 choices so I will let it pass that you do not have BEER as one of the options

What happen to biscuits and sausage gravy. Hot and spicy sausage in gravy so thick it sticks to the spoon, fresh biscuits.

I've gained ten lbs. since joining The Brethern not too long ago. You brothers sure make this a Hungry place. For me I skip breakfast or have an early lunch. Wake up 0330 AM thinking about something to Q or try different most mornings. Got it bad! HA!

OK, here it is

Pulled pork Omelet with canteloupe salsa (Just don't eat the melon on the cutting board, right Phil?)

Brisket hash

Biscuits w/ fatty gravy

Buckboard Bacon Pancakes with real maple syrup

and a Cabo Tequila Sunrise.

That's a brethren breakfast that should hold you until noon.
