<stealth mode on> Hmmm... Only concern is it's the weekend before Halloween and I'm usually busy that weekend. We'll see when it gets a little closer. Save some fryer space and I'll bring Pulled Pork, Cheddar Cheese, and Jalapeno Egg Rolls.

So with only 75 Days till the Bash you should have somewhat of a plan or working on one! Remember to go ahead and load a few camp chairs along with your cooler full of your favorite beverages. Both adult and other.
Start letting your Families and Friends know that they are also welcome to join us!! We do ask that you simply sign up, on the SIGNUP SHEET in my signature line, with a total count of how many are attending and any other info per the sheet. Please let me know if I can help you with signing up.This will let the cooks know how many will be there, who's cooking, who wants cooking space on a cooker and a few other things. My plan is to get there early around 7:00am or 7:30am. Some amazing foods will be coming off the cookers a bit later on.
Hopefully Paul will have the gate already opened. We can drive up to the Pavilion to unload and drop off your cookers and gear. Then please park back in the parking lot.
This is looking to be one of the best Bashes yet!

You definitely got me thinking, I'm working out details with the wife. Gotta just check out my work schedule to see if I wanna fly down or drive down with my smoker in tow. I should know what's going on in the next few day. Hoping everything works out and I can make it down.

Yep! This is our Fall get away trip. Dragging the travel trailer 2200 miles round trip. Seriously if you can make it please do. I'll need some Q Salt for the rib roasts!

Fly down, I'm sure there will be plenty of cookers. I'm planning on staying most of the next week and hit a bunch of the Que joints down there.
I found the Restaurant Depot in Austin. I wonder if they have TriTip? If not, what can you Texas guys tell me about Smokey Denmark sausages? Those look pretty good. I might have to get some of their Boudin to compare with Toast's.
