Hey Joel, can you update your original post on page one with the official date and place?
I just found a local fella and linked him to the thread, but he's going to have ten pages to trudge through to find that needle in a haystack to get the info on date/place.

Ron was nice enough to update the thread title and OP with date and location, but there is still some info in both that makes it sound like we aren't sure of the season or location and the post has a link to an old thread. Would be best if we could clean it up a bit so there is no confusion.

I'm having my first "smoke away from home" this weekend.
Cooking for a dozen fat drunk guys on a float trip.
Will be a nice trial run for Whitecliff.
Spent a few hundred on a nice cutting board, 8' table, and a few odds and ends.

I will be bringing my PBC. Might be a good idea for everyone to post whether they are bringing a cooker and what kind. The park does have one of these type pits, that if for nothing else would be a good place to dump hot coals when your done.

I’m bringing a few things just not sure yet. I’d love to bring the Lang but no trailer and no hitch so I’d have to rent. Was thinking of bringing the blackstone and I could also bring my PBC or my Weber.

Either way I’m sure we will have room.

OK. I'm in!!!! None of my smokers/grills are too portable. Could bring down a blackstone... Now to figure out what to bring? Any suggestions? I could head up to cheesehead land to the Brat Stop for some fresh brats & cheese curds. Chicago char dogs? Oklahoma onion burgers? Of course the Malort will make an appearance.
