Getting excited for this one. The venison roast, backstrap, and sausages are defrosting now... So I have a weird question... My wife is free on Saturday as well and is contemplating coming out with me all of a sudden.... Will anyone else be bringing there significant others or is this a stag party? She doesnt want to be the only female in the mix of course. Of course Im game either way!:-D

My girlfriend and her 9yo daughter will be there. They're not riding with me (she had some choice words about trying to get herself and the kiddo up and moving at :mmph:-o-clock). She may be alternating between being social and holing up with a book though--she's working on her doctorate right now, so she has to spend most of her free time studying. I'm dang proud of her though--she's the smart one. :mrgreen:

So I've got marubozo pickles in the fridge, the meats and stuff are all purchased, and I'm picking up the trailer to haul the smoker after work. Tonight I'll get packed up, and tomorrow it's party time!

Oh, and yes we're at Pavilion 2 this year. It's just across the swimming hole from where we were at last time. I'll be flying my Brethren flag and you'll see a bunch of smokers. Can't miss it.
