^ Whether or not that is an issue depends on the vegan/vegetarian you are cooking for. In my case, it is my aunt, and I'm cooking for her in my own home. I smoke her tofu on my only kamado, the same one I smoke meat. My aunt doesn't care, she doesn't even require me to use separate tongs to pull her tofu off. I had two containers and two tongs to separate her tofu from the meat coming off the grill and she said it wasn't unnecessary. She knows what is allowable and regularly found in wheat and other flours so she is very aware she doesn't live in perfection. She's a keeper, isn't she? :becky:
