Lamb is up to 77 (Started at 41) and the kettle was bumped to 300. Got some nice smoke. No pics of it yet as I'm not gonna open the grill for one. Just lettin' it ride.
 
Lamb is at 100 IT. Kettle is still rockin at 300 +/-
and will pull off the grill around 120ish IT for the climb during rest.
 
Wow, love the rice, that looks perfectly done too.
I echo the others, that lamb making me drool!
That nanna pudding looks like some gorgeous lump of '60's magic and I've never seen it before.

Oooooo...never, ever ever? It's the BEST. I think nanner puddin is my favorite dersert. I'll let Redhot know!
