Vanilla pudding base is chilled, which will have a little of the meringue mixed in...

And the saffron rice is done.
Lamb is up to 77 (Started at 41) and the kettle was bumped to 300. Got some nice smoke. No pics of it yet as I'm not gonna open the grill for one. Just lettin' it ride.
