Thanks to everyone for the kind words... It was fun to do, but obviously not something you would want to eat very often... :twitch:

If I was to do it again, I would use much thinner bacon for the crust. The stuff I used was pretty thick which made it tough to stretch, mould and conform to the pie tin...:tsk:
