First I want to thank CD for posting the voting thread. It sounds like he tried hard to submit it as fast as possible.

Thanks to everyone who submitted an entry. There are so many quality choices it's hard to pick one. In the end I had to go with boogiesnap but anyone would be a worthy choice.

btw: boogiesnap I think you made the right choice on the entry photo.

This one came down to 4 for me.

Silverfinger was in the running, but I didn't see a plain Hotdog in the mix for me. Although my entry is loaded down with BBQ and cheese ... I normally prefer mine wiener and bun. Loved the entry though ...

oifmarine ... I wanted to give you my vote so bad for the cake sausage creations. Those are too cool, but the lobster, and I think scallops, killed it for me. I'm not a seafood kind of guy ... your wiener and cake wieners are amazing though.

Then there were 2 ... Hometruckin and 93vpmod

Hometruckin's whole cook looks great, and even had the homemade wiener

but 93vpmod had the 50 thousand wiener dog with classic Lays chips and we all knwo ... you can't have just one.

Luckily for 93 he didn't use the picture with all the peppers and onions on the dog as his entry ...

Hey, at least I knew it wasn't you, even if I AM out of my element.

Been waiting to vote for Cack's entry. I can really taste the contrasting and complimenting flavors working with the brats and sweet sauced pork.

Thank you sir. It was different than the Jamaican dog, but definitely near the tops in the best hotdogs I've ever had.

As you said, the contrast of the spice from the peppers in the brats with the sweet bbq sauce on the pork was amazing ... I'll be doing these again.

I still haven't voted. I'm trying to find it in me to forgive Boogie for using the wrong bun and relish...
