Please accept this as my Official Entry in the Noobians v Veterans TD

Beef rib, ribeye roast, chorizo, carrots and cheese

I used a knife sharpener to get the cheese and carrots in the roast. The Chorizo took a little bit more.

Cream Brulee al a Webber

Scalloped potatoes

Nice looking crust to the roast. I used a homemade rub, Paprika, cumin, salt, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper.

Final Salvo...
