What a great contest. Congrats to gnome and jacked up. Such a great site for a contest. And Tom from smokin dudes is a great guy. Definitely going back next year. I know it was the same weekend as Delaware, but hard to see how that contest doesnt fill up. Other then the worst elvis impersonator EVER, especially him being on during turn ins, i thought it was awesome. The van halen cover band was pretty good, and the last band before awards was awesome. The guitar player was unbelievable.

tom and i talked about changing the date for next year to later in the summer or even september. it's a real gamble in may with the weather. last year it rained for weeks leading up to the event and we couldnt even walk on those fields, it was like a swamp! we ended up jammed into that parking lot.
