Hmmmm - now you've got my attention .

What should it be:
A hard cheese like sharp cheddar?
Semi-soft like a Gouda?
Maybe Velveeta or a cream cheese?

Descisions, descisions . . .

ps - Thanx Mike for the heads' up!
I'm thinking some of those cheeses like you had at the Royal this year would go over well with this crowd.:thumb:

Hmmmmm. Interesting idea, but not what I was thinking. That sounds more like a bigabyte entry.

Actually, I hadn't thought of that, but am now. Very interesting. A hot cheese gun could be very useful, and fun.

The best I had come up with so far was a cheese casserole. Maybe even from a blue box. Perhaps even with some SPAM.

Well, I've arleady got my entry DONE... Err, like my cheese is canned....:becky:.

Are you guys gonna muck around spraying your cheese everywhere, or are some of you actually going to post a serious entry... I don't wanna go first again!

Cheers!

I have a serious entry planned. I just have to get off my arse, go shopping, and make the thing.

Go ahead and post first. It will get the rest of us rolling.

You mean "We" Aussies, right? :tsk:

:becky:

I went to Home Depot for my hardware, and to Market Street for my "software," so now i just need to start cooking.

80-percent chance of rain tomorrow. That doesn't help.

Nope... "US" Aussies. If you were to say "WE" I'd know you're not an Aussie... which you're not... Just like US Aussies don't "Stop By" anywhere. We just farken show up, crash the place and drink your beer:thumb:

Cheers!

Bill

That's why you Aussies got kicked out of England. :becky:

Four cheese sourdough colby-pepper jack Habanero pig bacon grilled cheese sandwich

Glad I had a little time to enter another throwdown. :-D

My ingreadents.

DSC03982.jpg

First I cooked up some pig candy and some jalapeno peppers.
The pig candy had brown sugar on them with HDD dust and maple syrup.

While that was cooking I mixed up some butter HDD and Minced garlic for the spread and put that on the Four cheese sourdough bread. I picked out the two biggest pieces.

Then on the grill it went with 8 thin slices of colby and Monterey jack cheese with jalapeno & habanero pepper in the cheese.

I put the pig candy and the grilled jalapeno peppers in between the slices of cheese

The finished product.
I have to say that this tasted awesome and had just the right amount of heat with a taste of sweet from the pig candy bacon and of corse the great tasting cheese.
