Ingredients were:Phyllo dough(?)onion,garlic,spring onion,spinach,pinenuts,parsley,eggs,feta,creme Phraiche and parmesan.
HopePhully she'll remember to bring a sample for me tomorrow.

Tell her congrats that looks great. I love some spanikopita. We make it every year at Christmas, but this year it was just too busy, and we never got around to it. I need to make some soon though.

You know me,I don't do recipe...not with measurements though,nor does my Padawan.
...but...you're lucky because she posted some of the measurements on the Dutch Brethren forum...

1 big onion,450gr spinach, 30gr parsley,2 eggs,250 gr feta,200 ml creme fraiche....and the rest of the ingredients ofcourse.
