that was sir henry morgan, the large egg with aramid (nomex) gasket.

On a side note...next week my wife and I will be vacationing in Rome, Italy. We plan to hit the "Pizza Nazi's" establishment (Da Baffetto)...touted to be the best pizza in Rome! I'll be sure to take pics...:p

Good lookin' pie!

If you don't mind sharing, what store brand crust did you use, and how'd you like it? - I have tried the Trader Joe's, and they were OK, but always looking for better that I might be able to pickup for those occassions where I want a pizza, but didn't have to foresight to make the dough in advance (bad planning:oops:).
