I am looking to purchase an Ole Hickory CTO to add to our catering operation. I have found a unit local to me (in Southern California), not too many of them on the west coast.
This unit is about 7-8 years old and is the rotis style. My first plan is to convert it to a fixed shelf model, and this kit costs about $400 from Ole Hickory (inquired with them on Friday) The unit is in good condition, and appears to operate well. I plan to do a test cook on it before buying, but wanted to get some expert opinions on what a good price would be to offer. Also trying to see if there are any major changes between an older model, and the newer ones. I appreciate your input. Thanks Pete |
