Default I was gonna make MOINKs

I was in a hurry at the store and I picked up 2 bags of meatballs Italian style like they are supposed to be some bacon and my second fav off the shelf sauce cause I can't get my favorite one here. Get done rolling them up in the bacon a minute ago glance at the package and the damn things got pork in them. I guess I'll have a little secret from my guests tomorrow afternoon. Like any of them have ever heard of a MOINK ball or care if it's certified cause I bet they still taste pretty good. But I for one am disappointed this was my first attempt at these legendary little apps.

They are Armor Italian Style meatballs, 2 for 5 bucks so I snagged 2 bags of 32. They got some that say all beef over at the Commissary but I didn't have time to drive over there. And seeings how I have 64 made up I am not gonna bother. The only person other than you guys that are gonna know I did it wrong is me. I'll just dust them with rub smoke 'em sauce 'em serve 'em and watch football.

Correct. To be true to the original MOINK, the way they were ordained by the heavens, as channeled through none other than the BBQ Grail himself, they must be all beef frozen meatballs wrapped with pork bacon. As with most biblical foods over time, restrictions were eased, and fresh beef meatballs were allowed.
