Here are my Super Bowl Moinks rubbed with The Slabs "Wow Your Cow" rub and Atomic Tater Tots. I whipped up some special Moink ball BBQ sauce for them made of equal amounts of Heinz Chili Sauce and Grape Jam. Very tasty!

I decided to do MOINKS for the game, and go for my certification. How convenient that there is this special SB certification thread.

Sorry, No super bowl themed Moink Spread. However, these are my first ever Moink Balls. I used cherry chipotle rub, and used 3 different sauces for a glaze (Sweet Baby Rays BBQ suace, Applewood Honey Mustard sauce, and Raspberry Chipotle glaze.)

I did my first Moink balls yesterday for the big game. Let's just say...WOW!

Definitely a big hit with everybody.

I have no idea why it took me so long to make some Moink balls, but these will most likely become a staple item when I fire up the grill or smoker.

Those look good. The bacon looks different than what I usually get. Nice.
Did you use a rub? What sauce? They look tasty.
