What was your process? Did you use a packaged bacon cure/seasoning mix and then add cayenne, jalapeno, etc or did you use a cure and make your seasonings from scratch? Any info you're willing to provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to start experimenting with bacon, but I don't really know where to start other than using LEM/High Mountain pre-packaged cure/seasonings.

lookin good!
i love bacon threads
i havent made it in a while
i'm interested in what you used to slice it too.
also, where did you get it and how much was it?
i can get em cheap at RD, but they're usually too thin for my taste.
the asian markets have good ones, but they're like $6 a lb.
anyway, nice work!
